100pts down 1pt per placement. 25pt minimum.
0.5pt for biggest bass
 
Elite Trail AOY Championship:
200pts down 1.5pts per placement.
100pt minimum.
0.5pt for biggest bass

AOY Points Total:
Best 4 events plus
Elite Trail AOY Championship plus
All Big Bass points

  1. Win an Elite Series Event

  2. Be top 25 at the end of the regular season in AOY Points **If an angler double qualifies in the top two criteria, their extra qualification will roll down to the next placement in AOY points

The MinnYak Elite Team is comprised of the anglers from our AOY race. Members of this team are offered a chance to represent the league at events such as the All-American Kayak Classic and will receive additional benefits which may include:

  • Exclusive Custom Elite Team Jersey

  • Additional sponsorship/promotional team-specific items provided by our sponsors. 


To be eligible for the Elite Team, members must meet the following criteria:

​

  • Member must be an active Premier Member

  • Member must qualify through AOY standings with a minimum of 3 events + AOY Championship

  • Member must agree to represent MinnYak at the All-American Kayak Classic and agrees to participate as a team during the event and/or pre-fishing.

  • Spots will be offered to TOP 10 AOY anglers and will roll down until all spots have been filled. 

  • ​Members must qualify to be on the team and must agree to and meet all above listed criteria in order to receive any team benefits.
